Tobi Fisk, Owner and Trainer
Tobi is a Professional Trainer who has been trained by the Chek Institute, Cooper Institute, Functional Movement Systems, and is Crossfit Certified. Tobi has been a trainer for many years (17+) and has worked in multiple disciplines with-in the health, fitness, and sports conditioning industries. Tobi has worked on mastering his craft by continuing to evolve through ongoing continuing education, and strategically working with local Chiropractors, Physical Therapist, and Sports Conditioning Experts. It has given him a multi- disciplinary approach to his training and philosophy on achieving optimal health and elite fitness. Tobi currently works with many developing athletes mostly between the ages of 12-18. He teaches them how to train right, optimizing each athlete's mobility, stability and strength. He also works with many executives, ex athletes, and time crunched ladies who want to be in the best shape possible. Tobi co-created Core Fit 1, 2, 3 for adults who want an approach to fitness that eliminates pains, increases core strength, decreases body fat, and encourages proper movement and posture. Joe Randick, Trainer
NSCA-Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Certified Personal Trainer; NASM-Corrective Exercise Specialist, Performance Enhancement Specialist; Fitness Anywhere-TRX Level 1 and 2 Certified; Functional Movement Screen Certified. In addition to these certifications, I have a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and more than 13 years of training experience. I have been involved in sports and fitness throughout my life; it was my love of physical activity and my desire to help others that drove me into the fitness industry. Throughout my years of training, I have had the opportunity to work with individuals of all levels; ranging from those with special needs to collegiate level athletes. My approach to training is a holistic, integrative one, which involves putting all the pieces together and finding the best program to fit your needs. There are many avenues through which health and fitness can be obtained and I encourage everyone to find one they enjoy to help sustain a lifetime of happiness. Josh Koder, Trainer
Josh has been working in the sports and nutrition industry since he was 15. With a B.S. in Kinesiology from Stephen F. Austin State University, Josh has worked with a wide variety of clientele from rehab patients to professional athletes. As a former employee of ClubCorp, Josh started his professional career doing strength and conditioning in Austin TX for 75 nationally ranked swimmers. From football players to professional golfers, Josh has successfully taken these athletes to the next level in their sports and fitness. Implementing nutrition with a well balanced exercise program, Josh has also helped many people start their journey to living a healthy life.

Josh is a National Council on Strength and Fitness, certified personal trainer. He has been personal training and helping others with their health for over 10 years. Josh considers wellness as one of the key realms for well-being in life. Striving to live a healthy life himself, Josh's main goal is to teach as many people as possible how to "Make Fitness a Way of Life".

When not in the gym you will find Josh in his home recording studio playing a variety of music, or on the golf course, teaching lessons and enjoying the beautiful nature God has created. He is also currently working on additional certifications to further his knowledge in the Health industry. Knowing how blessed he is to be a part of this journey in life, Josh is here to help in any aspect of exercise and wellness needed. I have been involved in the fitness industry since the 80's, as a fitness instructor and personal trainer. Through the years, the one struggle that remains the same is healthy eating - for the clients as well as for myself. We are constantly inundated with fad diets and the latest theories based on junk science. Product marketing ploys and media hyped diet books have led us down a path of confusion, frustration and damaged body systems.

I chose to become certified through Precision Nutrition because they are a science-based, research driven organization that trains fitness professionals to address each client's unique needs. Precision Nutrition fitness professionals are trained to design and implement individualized programs for sports nutrition, weight management, and improvement in overall healthful living.
